Als Teamleider Poly, ben jij dé drijvende kracht van onze productie. Je geeft leiding aan een team (ca. 16 FTE) waarbij je doelstellingen zoals veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu, kwaliteit, kwantiteit, rendement gezamenlijk probeert te bereiken.
