Job Description & Overview
Alpen Energie plant, installiert und betreut Photovoltaik-, Wärmepumpen- und Batteriespeicheranlagen für Privatkunden in der Deutschschweiz. Mit rund 30 Mitarbeitenden wachsen wir stark und bauen deshalb unser eigenes HR auf. Aufgaben Rekrutierung: von der Ausschreibung bis zum Vertrag Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Onboardings Führung der Sozialversicherungen (SVA) und der Pensionskasse (PK), inklusive Mutationen Bearbeitung von Krankmeldungen und Versicherungsfällen Sämtliche Meldungen an Ämt
